COMMISSONS

  • Customization Process: Whether you're looking for a specific color scheme, design, or size, I am happy to talk about your idea with you. Please note that custom work requires careful planning and may take additional time to complete.
  • Final Sale: Custom stained glass pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged upon delivery. Please ensure all details and designs are approved and correct prior to production. 
  • Timeframe for Custom Orders: Custom orders may take longer to create than standard orders. You will be informed of the estimated completion time at the time of your order. Please allow 3-7 weeks for completion, depending on the complexity of the design.
  • 50% Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required to begin work on all custom orders. The deposit confirms your order and helps cover materials and labor costs. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the piece, before it is shipped.
  • Availability: Please plan gift giving ahead of time as I am usually booked each month and can only fit in a couple customs into my schedule. With the limited availability I like to stick to designs that align with my brand.

MARKETS/BUYING IN PERSON

  • Through out the year I sell in person at markets and shows. These locations, dates and times will be posted on my instagram.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Suggested for indoor use only. Stained glass art can crack in extreme temperatures and oxidize from moisture. Polish gently with a soft dry cloth. Use ammonia-free glass cleaner and re-polish with a non-abrasive carnauba wax (car polish) as needed. 
  • Use hardware like nails or hooks above your window for the most secure hang possible. You will receive a suction cup with your order and it is up to you if you want to use it or not. Suction cups can be unreliable.  
  • Lead is used to solder and frame all of my stained glass art. Use caution and wash hands thoroughly after handling. Lead is mostly harmful if consumed. Don’t lick the glass.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • Shipping Rates: Wild Bloom keeps it simple with flat-rate shipping of $5 on all orders, which will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Please select local pickup for all gift card orders to avoid fees.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. However, please note that processing times may vary based on order volume or special circumstances. If item is listed as made to order it will ship between 2-9 days.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping services or factors beyond my control.
  • Shipping Policy: I currently ship to the United States. I do not accept international requests and your order will be cancelled immediately.

LOCAL PICKUP

  • When Order Is Placed: At check out there is an option for local pickup. If this is checked I will email you promptly to pick a meet up time and location.
  • Local Pickup Policy: I have the right to cancel and refund any orders that selected local pickup if the distance is too far from Oakwood, OH. You can purchase the product again using regular shipping methods.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

  • Return Policy: Due to the handcrafted nature of my stained glass products, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival. If your product arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and I will work to resolve the issue.
  • Refunds: If you qualify for a refund (e.g., damaged product or incorrect item received), the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Refunds for non-damaged items are not permitted.
